- ☀️ Day Shift: 7 CNAs
- Afternoon Shift: 6 CNAs
- Midnight Shift: 4 CNAs
With consistent staffing, you'll have manageable assignments, teamwork, and more time to provide quality care—not just complete tasks.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Midnight Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Canton Christian Home is seeking caring, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on the midnight shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM). This position plays a vital role in ensuring our residents receive quality care, comfort, and support throughout the night.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility needs.
- Monitor resident safety and comfort during overnight hours.
- Record vital signs and document care provided.
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the nurse on duty.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care.
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio CNA certification in good standing.
- Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
