Line Cook

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and dedicated to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook and plate various dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain a smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling
- Ability to work well in a team setting and follow instructions efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in catering or meal preparation
- Previous work in a dietary department or as a dietary aide
