- Current, unrestricted Texas RN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated competency in Peripheral IV placement, Midline placement, & PICC placement.
- Experience with ultrasound‑guided vascular access
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Perform Peripheral IV (PIV), Midline, and PICC insertions
- Assess patients to determine appropriate vascular access needs
- Utilize ultrasound technology when clinically indicated
- Follow all infection prevention, sterile technique, and safety standards
- Collaborate with facility nursing staff, medical providers, and leadership
- Maintain professional communication with assigned facilities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide timely response to vascular access service requests
- Maintain reliable attendance and communicate scheduling needs proactively
