- Graduate of an ACPE‑accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharm or PharmD
- Licensed and registered Pharmacist in the State of Texas
- ACPE‑accredited IV certification required
- Supervisory or pharmacy management experience preferred
- Long‑term care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Effective communication, delegation, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Perform all staff pharmacist duties, including medication verification, dispensing, and clinical oversight
