Experienced Director of Rehabilitation needed to Manage our Therapy Department - open to: Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA or Occupational Therapist Assistant - COTA.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology with a Certificate of Clinical Competency.
- Current licensure as a therapist in the state of practice.
- Management and supervisory skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Must possess problem-solving skills of the type and at level necessary to accomplish the job.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to Patients, Patients family members, and Facility staff.
- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
- Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test, and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
- Must be capable of performing the Responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
