We are looking for an experienced and motivated grounds assistant to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

Grounds assistant position details:
This is a Full Time (40 hours/week) position. The scheduled days are Monday - Friday, day shift. The position does require an “on call” status during inclement weather, with the opportunity for an overtime bonus.
Grounds assistant job duties include:
- Snow removal of entire grounds including parking lots and walkways.
- Lawn mowing of entire grounds.
- Clean all exterior entrances of leaves and debris.
- Sweep exterior areas to remove cigarette butts, garbage, etc.
- Perform landscaping tasks as directed.
- Keep the pond clean of debris.
- Provide assistance with valet parking of residents’ automobiles.
- Keep the golf green and sand trap neat and in order.

Grounds assistant qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience as a groundskeeper is preferred.
