What You'll Bring to Our Team:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RN who embodies strong leadership and a genuine passion for senior care:
Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure: You must hold a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong preference for experience in senior living or long-term care.
Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage a team effectively and drive operational excellence.
