Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Hotel Houseperson / Shuttle Driver to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hotel while providing transportation for our guests. This position supports the housekeeping team by caring for public areas and assisting with hotel operations, while also safely driving the hotel shuttle.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including the lobby, hallways, fitness center, pool area, guest laundry, and public restrooms.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, remove trash, and restock supplies throughout the hotel.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel grounds and parking lot.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Safely transport guests to and from designated locations using the hotel shuttle.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist guests with luggage as needed.
- Perform daily shuttle inspections and keep the vehicle clean.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hotel, housekeeping, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
