Job Summary

Are you passionate about culinary excellence and leadership? Join our team as a Director of Dining Services, where you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic dining account. You'll lead a talented team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure our food offerings are of the highest quality. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create innovative menus and deliver top-quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting aspects related to the account.
• Implement and roll out new culinary programs.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in foodservice operations.
• Proven experience in high-volume production and catering.
• Strong background in budget management.
• A passion for learning and growing within a top-notch foodservice company.
