Job Description

Work from home and visit our home care Clients, when needed.

Flexible Hours

Provide supervision to Home Caregivers and C.N.A.s. Visit our Clients in their own neighborhoods (usually close to our Brookfield Campus).

Provide nursing care under the licensure of our Home Care Division--Cantata At Home & Take 2.

Requirements

Current RN Illinois Licensure

Driver's License Auto Insurance Automobile

Previous experience as a Home Care Nurse or Home Health Care/Hospice Nurse is highly preferred.
