Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Midland, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders for rig equipment, rentals, and parts. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating closely with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate product information, and tracking opportunities from initial contact through closing. The individual will be expected to generate leads, support account development, and contribute to sales forecasts and reporting. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining CRM records, following up on prospects, and supporting customer satisfaction through timely, professional communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales skills with experience handling inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction through clear, professional communication.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects and nurturing opportunities.
- Account Management experience, including maintaining accurate records, managing renewals, and supporting long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with industrial, energy, or drilling equipment sales is preferred.
- Comfort using CRM systems, basic office software, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in en_US.
