Work Schedule: Nights Job Summary End Line Specialist will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the mechanical End Line equipment. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables Ensure overall Production of machines and quality according to specification. sheets. Ability to do troubleshoot and repair complex issues on the equipment. Ability to read and understand the information contained on the PO sheets. Check accuracy and quality of finished ends. Locate, clear, and troubleshoot problematic jams. Correctly read and interpret messages/statuses on the control panels. Perform regular servicing and solving of problems regarding machinery. Actively lead the maintenance team during line changeover. Train and assist other employees on the daily practices of Production related duties, such as but not limited to, Product changes, housekeeping and visual quality checks. Ability to train technicians on process troubleshooting. properly. Knowledge of the shell press, liners, and conversion press. Develop and maintain SOPs for department. Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies. Comply with all environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and BRC procedures and guidelines on Health & Safety. Perform any reasonable duties assigned by the management staff, corresponding with the role. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Good Mechanical aptitude is a must. Experience in End Line Department is a must. Ability to use calipers and micrometers. Problem solving skills. Ability to organize work load and work independently. Knowledge of SAP and Lighthouse is a must. Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair. Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire-prevention, and environment protection regulations.
