Canossa Events, an internationally established company with multiple offices worldwide (Reggio Emilia, Milan, Dubai, Miami, and New York), is a recognized leader in the automotive event organization sector. In 2019, the Canossa Group expanded, leading to the creation of Canossa Events North America, which in 2021 was joined by Cavallino Inc., an entity that has been organizing the most prestigious Ferrari-exclusive concours d’elegance for over 30 years.
To strengthen the Canossa Events North America team, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager based in Miami who is highly motivated, creative, and passionate about the world of events.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the planning and execution of events, with a focus on logistics, client coordination, and vendor management.
· Work closely with the COO to create impactful project presentations, including event timelines, budgets, and proposals, tailored to client needs and event goals.
· Support the team in back-office activities in assisting with administrative and operational tasks related to event coordination.
· Act as a point of contact for clients to ensure event success and satisfaction by understanding their needs, provide updates on event progress, and ensure that all aspects of the event meet client expectations for a seamless and successful experience.
· Provide on-the-ground support during events in the U.S. and potentially Italy, working as an
· Event Assistant or Concierge Specialist, assisting with event execution and client engagement.
· Provide tailored concierge services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ensuring a personalized experience with support from the customer care team.
Requirements & Soft Skills:
- At least 2 years of work experience in the event industry
- Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong creativity and aesthetic sense

- Extreme accuracy and precision
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends (valid driver’s license required)
