Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the 13-week cash flow model, providing weekly updates and continuously improving forecast accuracy.
- Develop and manage the core financial model, overseeing annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
- Consolidate financial inputs from the CFO and branch-level General Managers into comprehensive financial plans.
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
- Analyze and highlight key drivers, variances, and areas requiring attention in monthly reports.
- Establish consistent performance views across regions and brands, identifying key revenue, margin, and cost drivers.
- Support and help standardize the monthly business review process, including the development of consistent KPIs across brands.
- Identify and implement improvements in finance processes, reporting, and data structure to enhance speed, clarity, and reliability.
- Build scalable financial processes to support rapid growth from approximately 20 to over 50 brands.
- Support M&A financial modeling and post-acquisition performance tracking as needed.
- Partner with the CFO and operational leaders on performance-related questions and strategic decisions.
- Begin as an individual contributor with full ownership of FP&A outputs, with the opportunity to build and manage a small team as the company grows.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to independently build and maintain complex models.
- Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or acquisitive environments.
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute financial processes end-to-end with high reliability and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to output quality.
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to balance detailed execution with process improvement and scalability initiatives.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and operational teams.
