Position Summary
As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This position involves managing reservations, answering guest questions, handling administrative tasks, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, online booking platforms, and in person
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
- Utilize Google Workspace and other software systems to manage daily operations
- Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and daily front office operations
- Support guest communications, marketing initiatives, and social media efforts when needed
- Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction

- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
