Responsibilities
- Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and soil health applications
- Perform services such as aeration and seeding to improve lawn density and health
- Safely operate equipment including spreaders, sprayers, and other lawn care tools
- Diagnose lawn conditions and communicate service details clearly to customers
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is clean and operating properly
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites professionally
- Work with team members to deliver efficient, high-quality service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Need to obtain Lawn Applicators License
