Role Overview
We are currently seeking motivated individuals based in Maryland for a remote, flexible opportunity as an Associate Financial Representative.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to help them develop and implement personalized financial strategies. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while building your own book of business.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations (virtual and/or in-person as needed)
Assist in developing customized financial strategies
Educate clients on insurance, retirement, and wealth-building solutions
Analyze client financial needs and recommend appropriate options
Support implementation of financial plans and ongoing client service
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Qualifications
Strong interest in financial planning, retirement strategies, and personal finance
Background or exposure to insurance, finance, or investments is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Coachable and open to mentorship
Willingness to obtain required state licenses (Life & Health)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is a plus (not required)
Industry certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus but not required
