Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing team members while maintaining the integrity of the company. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three to five years’ related experience with at least two years in Guest Service.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a hotel setting.
- Nights, weekends, and holidays required.
- Previous multiple department supervisory experience. Food & Beverage required.
- Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack) preferred.
- Schedule flexibility is a must.
- Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Driver's license
- Experience with maintaining a budget and labor controls and costs
- Customer service and interpersonal relations
