Job Opening:
Ropes Course Practitioner
[part-time position, flexible schedule with competitive pay rate]
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead participants through ropes courses practice area.
- Train participant on safety and effective use of all equipment.
- Create a safe, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for all participants.
- Facilitate the challenge course experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for guiding others.
- Previous experience in team-building, coaching is highly valued not required.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
