Upon a job offer, you'll attend training for a specific Epic application. You'll need to complete certification within approximately the first four to six weeks. You'll then start getting hands-on training in the system from an Application Mentor. Demonstrate a track record of stellar performance and you can expect to earn six figures over the years to come.
While the role is primarily remote, candidates must be located in or willing to work within Pacific or Mountain Time zones. Occasional travel may be required for initial training or to support client needs on-site.
Entry-Level Epic Analyst (Catalyst Program)
As an Epic analyst, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Epic (healthcare software) for our clients. You will work closely with operational staff to understand their workflows, identify their needs, and provide solutions using Epic applications.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, test, and maintain Epic applications and modules
- Provide end-user training and support for Epic applications and modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic applications and modules
- Analyze and document current and future state workflows and processes
- Collaborate with other Epic analysts and stakeholders to ensure system integration and interoperability
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects
- Adhere to Epic standards, best practices, and policies
Qualifications:
- We'll work with you to complete training and achieve certification in specific Epic applications and modules
- Bachelor’s degree (field not strictly required; strong cognitive and technical aptitude is key)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to start within the next 4–6 weeks
