Canon U.S.A. is excited to present a compelling job opportunity for an innovative and driven Sr. Manager to join our Hybrid Workforce Solutions Group (HSG). As the Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple product lines within our OSS Commercial and Distribution Channel, as well as other assigned B2B accounts. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and actively supporting B2B marketing strategies and business development initiatives. This position is full time and is considered virtual. The office will be open 5 days a week; however you will not be required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need. Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Leadership and Team Management: As the Sr. Manager of HSG, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and guiding a team of sales employees. Your focus will be on providing the necessary support, direction, and mentoring to ensure the team achieves their goals. - Business Development: You will be instrumental in creating and implementing effective strategies and processes to expand Canon HSG products in all areas of sales, targeting both current and new accounts. Your keen understanding of the market and industry trends will drive short and long-term business strategies, ultimately increasing revenue. - Sales Pipeline Management: A critical aspect of your role will be to manage and develop an ongoing pipeline (forecast) of business for the B2B Commercial and Distribution sales channels. This will involve close collaboration with CUSA product groups to plan for the future effectively. - Salesforce Optimization: You will be responsible for ensuring that the information entered into Salesforce by your team is accurate and regularly updated. This data will play a vital role in maximizing business opportunities for the sales, product, and marketing groups. - Collaboration and Relationship Management: Building strong and positive relationships is key to your success. You will work effectively with each product group, fostering trust and collaboration. Moreover, you will align sales, marketing, and business planning strategies with your team and accounts. - External and Internal Relationship Management: Your role will involve maintaining and supporting relationships, both externally and internally, that are critical to the success of sales and marketing efforts.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. - You should have a minimum of 9 years of related experience, including management of 2 or more regular full-time employees. - Proven track record in sales, business development, and marketing strategy implementation. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve exceptional results. - In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes and distribution channels. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
