POSITION: Commercial Loan Operations

FULLTIME/PARTTIME: Fulltime hours

LOCATION: Charlotte, NC (onsite)

SCHEDULE: 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm EST.

Contracted: ASAP start with no later start date than 11/30/2026 - 11/29/2027

PAY RANGE: $38.31 an hour paid weekly

Role Overview:

Handles moderately complex customer problems and issues. Requires a minimum amount of day-to-day supervision. Is able to handle detailed instructions under pressure and a relatively high volume of credits. Has a good working knowledge of the various credit-related products and a good understanding of loan/credit documentation. Takes initiative to work through issues. Can perform well in a cross-functional team environment.
Candidate will be entering collateral details into the system and performing a high volume of advance and payment transactions.
4-month ramp up training. On the job training with the team.
Candidate who is Self-motivated / Not needing overview and handle their own work without intervention. Fast-paced role, lots of volume.
Needs great communication skills working with their colleagues. This is not a client facing role.


Job Description:
Process, analyze and evaluate daily client activity, monitor the receipt of client reports, review the content for irregularities
and/or discrepancies and follow up with the client and Loan Officer.
Reconcile client Accounts Receivable agings, perform ineligible calculations for Accounts Receivable and Inventory collateral
accurately, timely and in compliance with Loan Servicing Standards.
Process loan and collateral transactions
Reconcile Dealer Financial Services information with detail
Documenting new facilities, amending existing deals, and managing the closing process and due diligence requirements
Bank policies and procedures, to facilitate closings with the client
Maintains primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation and SOR
financial data, timely delivery of documents, and elimination of controllable rework.


Required Skills: (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified)
2 years of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated history of using strong financial acumen and knowledge of
loan documentation concepts

Professional history of being able to suggest approaches to meet Client
needs rather than relying strictly on procedures

Desired Skills:
Dealer Financial Services experience
Commercial credit fulfillment, servicing, operations or lending experience
Four (4) year College Degree (college level accounting courses) or 3 to 4 years related experience, or equivalent.
