VACANCY: Human Resources Generalist
12 Month (Full Year) Position. This role is responsible for the support of all pre-hire operations within the HR department to include job postings, coordination of interviews, screening of candidates including pre-interview assessments, compliance with mandatory clearances, and medical screenings, and all phases of onboarding. Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant experience in an HR role required. Attainment of or demonstrated progress toward HR professional credentials (aPHR, PHR, etc.) required. Strong organizational, time management and technical skills required, plus ability to work cooperatively with district employees and applicants. Successful candidate must have strong personal ethics, ability to maintain confidentiality, be self-motivated, and be able to build relationships and credibility across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 (Depends on Experience)
Benefits in accordance with the Act 93 Agreement
