What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist (Benefits Administration) position at CANON-MCMILLAN SCHOOL DISTRICT?
12 month (full year) position. This role is responsible for the support of post-hire operations within the HR department to include onboarding, benefits administration, management of leaves of absence, workers compensation, safety committee administration, unemployment and issuance/maintenance of Employee ID’s, door swipes and security badges. Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant experience in an HR role required, preferably in a school district. Attainment of or demonstrated progress toward HR professional credentials (aPHR, PHR, etc.) preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and technical skills required, plus ability to work cooperatively with district employees and applicants. Successful candidate must have strong personal ethics, ability to maintain confidentiality, be self-motivated, and be able to build relationships and credibility across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
Salary Range: $ 45,000 to $55,000 (Dependent on Experience)
