Job Description:
100% Outpatient - NO CALL
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Patient Population: Medicare Advantage and fluent Haitian-Creole speaking
12-18 patients daily
Education & Experience
MSN
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
Must have minimum of 2 years experience as an NP in a primary care setting
Fluent Haitian-Creole and fluent English required due to patient demographics
Must live within 15-25 minutes from clinic
Our compensation package include:
Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonuses
3 Days CME
$1,500 in CME Allowance
4 Weeks PTO
