As the Product Manager, Data Solutions, you will serve as the "Data Product Engineer" for our internal operations. You will treat our Data Operations team as your primary customer and our internal processing platform as your product.This is not a traditional Product Management role where you simply write requirements. We need a technical builder and process engineer who can bridge the gap between the manual reality of Operations and the technical scalability of Engineering.What You’ll Do:Kill Manual Work: Treat manual effort as a bug. Measure "Manual Touches per Document" as a core product metric and drive it down month-over-month.Rapid Technical Execution: Serve as a the builder for the operations floor. Write scripts, configure tools, and build "low-code" automations to fix immediate problems.Re-Engineer Broken Processes: Audit existing workflows to find "black boxes" and broken logic.
