TITLE: Product Owner

LOCATION: Hybrid in New York or Jacksonville

SALARY: $95,000 - $125,000 (based on NYC, will be adjusted for geo)

The Role

We’re looking for a high-velocity learner who wants to be part of something great. As a Product Owner, you’ll be dropped into the middle of a fast-moving product team and expected to rise quickly. You’ll help us ship features, write requirements, and keep delivery unblocked—learning everything about how great products get built.

You don't need to be an expert on Product, but you will need to be someone who moves quickly and wants the opportunity to prove themselves in a Product career.

What You’ll Do

• Own delivery end-to-end for product initiatives.
• Manage and refine the backlog, write clear and testable user stories, and align with engineering daily.
• Write detailed specs that remove ambiguity and drive velocity.
• Drive rituals (planning, standup, retro, QA cycles, release readiness) and make them matter.
• Work with PMs to understand the strategy and bring it to life on the ground.

• Demonstrable ability to drive results across initiatives and cross-functional teams.

• Lightning-fast learner with serious curiosity and coachability.
• Incredible written communication. You don’t write essays—you write instruction manuals.
• Prior experience in product delivery, project ownership, or technical product roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks, but more importantly, a mindset of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence and Figma.
• New York or Jacksonville based. Hungry to be in the room where it happens.
