Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist (2–3 Month Assignment)
We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to support our team during an employee leave of absence. This is a full-time temporary assignment expected to last approximately 2–3 months, beginning at the end of July.
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and vendor payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with general accounts payable tasks as needed
Pay:
- $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience required
- Experience working with ERP systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
