Road Crew Member / Laborer
Pay: Up to $24/hr $45/day per diem
Travel: Extensive travel required, including being away from home for 2–3 weeks at a time
Job Summary
The Crew Member/Laborer is responsible for covering and securing stockpiles using heavy-duty tarps, ropes, and sandbags. This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks while following safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor
- Reliable and dependable
- Construction or general labor experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Cover and secure stockpiles with tarps, ropes, and sandbags
- Move and handle heavy materials
- Sew and repair tarps using portable sewing machines
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean work area and equipment
- Work effectively with the crew to complete projects
Salary : $24 - $45
