Overview:
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead commercial mechanical construction projects focused on HVAC and plumbing systems. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
Project Scope:
• Commercial HVAC & Plumbing projects
• Mechanical construction scope: $5M – $30M
• Managing multiple projects depending on size and complexity
Qualifications:
• Experience managing commercial construction projects in the $5M to $30M range
• HVAC or mechanical construction experience
• Procore or similar software experience
• Strong understanding of project financials and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation & Work Structure:
• Salary negotiable based on experience
• Bonus potential tied to project performance
• Hybrid schedule — typically 3 days in office (flexible)
