Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis is seeking a full-time MotorClothes Specialist to be part of our MotorClothes department team. Candidates must have current or previous clothing sales experience with a high level of quality customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Helping customers select the correct clothes and riding gear that fits their needs.
- Providing an excellent customer experience from start to purchase.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to explain products to a broad customer base.
- Experience in clothing merchandising and retail sales.
- Experience with Point of Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
- Experience in riding a motorcycle preferred.
- Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling.
- Able to take initiative and follow direction.
- Be honest and fair in all business dealings.
- Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for majority of the work day.
This position comes with a base hourly rate and bonus based on sales.
