Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach and community events to promote solar energy solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solar solutions accordingly.
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to provide accurate information to clients.
- Lead presentations and demonstrations of solar products to educate customers on their benefits and features.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or energy sales, preferably in the solar industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in door-to-door sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing sales effectively.
