Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create high-quality designs for digital and printed materials including brochures, ads, web graphics, packaging, product sheets, trade show elements, and presentations.
- Work within brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all materials.
- Translate marketing strategies into effective visual concepts and campaign assets.
- Develop new creative concepts that elevate the brand and product storytelling.
- Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital channels.
- Capture product and lifestyle photography when needed.
- Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards.
- Help maintain an organized library of visual assets.
- Create digital graphics optimized for websites, email campaigns, and social media.
- Assist with light website updates or landing page design (no coding required).
- Ensure digital assets follow best practices for sizing, resolution, and performance.
- Support brand identity development by creating logos, icons, style elements, and visual standards.
- Contribute to updating or refining brand guidelines.
- Ensure all creative deliverables reflect and strengthen the brand voice.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Lightroom is a plus).
- Basic experience with photography, lighting, and photo editing.
- Familiarity with website layout/design tools (Figma, XD, CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar).
- Understanding of brand identity principles and visual consistency.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a product-based or consumer goods company.
- Exposure to packaging design or trade show materials.
- Basic video editing skills (bonus, not required).
