Marketing Content Operations Specialist (Hybrid – North Shore, MA)
Compensation: ~$80K base ~15% annual bonus target
Work Model: 2–3 days/week in office (North Shore suburbs of Boston)
We’re partnering with a client that’s looking for someone who can own the production and delivery of marketing materials across their content management platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” person for templates, workflows, data accuracy, and ensuring materials are polished and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the monthly/quarterly production of factsheets, presentations, commentaries, and client materials.
- Build and maintain collateral templates within a CMS (Seismic preferred, but similar platforms are welcome).
- Pull and validate structured data to support marketing content.
- Troubleshoot systems and streamline workflows for consistency and efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing, Compliance, Sales, and leadership teams to support ongoing materials.
Ideal Background:
- 3 years of marketing collateral production experience (finance experience preferred)
- Experience with Seismic or another content management system.
- Comfortable working with structured data (XML, CSV, feeds).
- Strong PowerPoint skills; Adobe or light HTML experience is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
