What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Hygenist position at Cannon Park Dental?
Job Description
We seek a team player that can perform the traditional duties of a hygienist (preventative and therapeutic dental care) as well as working collaboratively with the rest of the team to insure the smooth operation of the practice. Duties include but not limited to: Prophies/Debridements/Perio. Maintenance/Scaling and Root Planing, Patient Education, Radiographs, Oral Cancer Screening, Scanning (prn), Maintenance and Sterilization of instruments, General attention to office cleanliness. Strong communication skills a must, and a friendly demeanor is essential. SCRDH license required, CPR certification required, Radiograph certified required. Experience not required, but clinical skills are very important and pay is based on experience.
Pay is hourly, and is based on a 32 hour work week (Mon-Thurs). Up to $50/hour based on experience, with the opportunity to make an extra $10-$40/hour with bonus system in place. Health insurance stipend paid monthly (you can use at your discretion toward your personal insurance, HSA, etc.), full dental for you and live-in family, 401k with match, paid time off (after 90 days, 4/year, up to 16), CE covered, uniform allowance.
