We are seeking an energetic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic automotive sales team. Duties

  • Actively engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including social media and community outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, trade-ins, and additional upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage B2B (business-to-business) sales relationships with corporate clients or fleet buyers, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-up activities, customer interactions, and sales progress efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory levels, vehicle specifications, and market trends to advise customers accurately and support inventory management efforts.
  • Support dealership marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events and outreach campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with prospects or clients via outbound calls or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth operations and effective inventory control.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and automotive trends to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

  • Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell effectively without pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—to connect with diverse customer bases.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems for streamlined operations.
  • Experience in outside sales strategies such as cold calling and B2B engagement to build a robust client network.
  • Knowledge of automotive inventory control, retail math, and dealership operations including inventory management and marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to foster trust and rapport.
  • Public speaking abilities for presentations or promotional events that enhance dealership visibility.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team within a fast-paced environment focused on high-end vehicle sales and customer satisfaction.
