Cannon Motors Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Parts Consultant / Collision Repair Parts Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in collision repair parts, ordering, inventory management, and working with technicians, vendors, and insurance companies to keep repairs moving efficiently. If you have experience in automotive parts, collision repair parts, body shop parts management, or OEM parts ordering, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Research, order, and manage automotive collision repair parts.
- Review repair estimates and ensure all required parts are identified and available.
- Communicate with vendors, dealerships, and aftermarket parts suppliers.
- Verify parts accuracy, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, and management to maintain repair workflow.
- Track incoming parts and ensure parts are available when needed.
- Process returns, credits, and damaged or incorrect parts.
- Maintain accurate parts documentation and records.
- Assist with supplement requests by identifying additional parts needs.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the repair process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive parts, collision repair parts, or body shop operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle parts.
- Experience with OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts sourcing preferred.
- Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced repair environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
