This role is for a seasoned professional who can own complex matters from intake to resolution with minimal oversight, and who takes equal pride in developing the paralegals and legal assistants around them. The ideal candidate brings deep Oklahoma family law experience, sound judgment, and polished communication skills, along with the patience to teach, the confidence to lead by example, and a real commitment to building a team where people want to stay and grow.

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
