Responsibilities:
- Design Mastery: Create killer wireframes, hi-fi visual designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma. If you're already familiar with Auto Layout and Variables, that's great. If not, you should be up for learning.
- Design System Contributions: Help us elevate our proprietary web builder's design system. Your creativity and systems thinking will be key here.
- User-Centric Approach: Turn data into actionable insights that will improve our e-commerce sites and marketing landing pages. Design user tests, and help conduct them.
- Teamwork: Sync up with different departments to produce designs that hit the mark on form and function.
- Be the Change: Make your mark by helping us fine-tune and scale our processes. Show us what we didn't know we needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep tabs on real-world performance to tweak and adjust designs accordingly.
- Requirements
- Experience: You'll need at least 2 years in UX/UI, and if some of that's in e-commerce or cannabis, even better.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Figma is a must. Adobe Creative Suite should be in your arsenal. Bonus points for experience with Framer or Octopus.do.
- Portfolio: Impress us with a wide array of projects that highlight your versatility and problem-solving. Be prepared to talk about how you addressed challenges and explain your solutions.
- Communication: Clear, concise, and open communication is essential in both verbal and written forms, as this role is client facing.
