About the Job
This is a full-time position that requires weekend availability.
Team members will carry out the following responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while guiding guests in their purchasing journey; listen carefully and offer educated product recommendations based on guests’ needs.
- Educate guests about a variety of hemp-derived products, strains, as well as appropriate dosing and safety measures when consuming cannabis.
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Inform guests of specials, discounts, and promotions.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures, organizing, and cleaning are completed each day.
- Assist with store maintenance; completing tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and pre-packing products for sale when applicable.
- Be on time and ready to work each shift.
- Maintain a stocked and clean work station.
- Fulfill delivery orders (a driver’s license and insured vehicle is required for this position).
- Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from any member of management.
- Physical requirements of the position: While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to perform grasping, walking, standing, talking, and repetitive motions; lifting up to 25 pounds. May include walking or standing for extended periods of time. Exposure to moderate noise level and artificial lights; prolonged use of office equipment including computers and phones.

Qualifications
- Minimum twenty-one (21) years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Must pass any required background checks
- Retail experience preferred
