Description:
We're hiring a dedicated General Laborer to support daily operations at our cannabis cultivation facility. This role involves hands-on plant care, facility upkeep, and support across all grow phases. Prior experience in a plant nursery or horticulture setting is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with propagation, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grow and nursery areas
- Monitor plant health and report issues to cultivation leads
- Mix soil, prepare trays, and manage watering schedules
- Support general facility tasks such as cleaning, moving materials, and inventory
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
- Previous experience working in a plant nursery, greenhouse, or similar setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in warm, humid environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions/SOPs
