JOB SUMMARY:
A Cultivation Technician is responsible for maintain and performing a wide variety of duties in relation to maintenance of the health and vitality of cannabis plants during its vegetative, flowering, and harvesting states. This hands-on role supports optimal plant development through the monitoring of plant health and cleaning, and implementation of canopy management techniques. Additionally, the execution of transplanting and harvesting procedures align with company operating protocols and compliance standards.
HOURLY PAY:
- Starting at $18
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
- 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a background check
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others
- Must be reliable, on time, and work regular scheduled hours
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable working in various environments (high humidity, varying temperatures, strong plant orders, and sitting or standing for long periods of time)
- Must follow sanitation and safety protocols
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Perform different responsibilities at any given time - ability to multitask while working both independently and in a group environment.
- Perform transplanting, plant movement, room cleanings and setup, and harvesting
- Perform plant cleaning maintenance including pruning and training plants
- Follow established SOP’s to maintain proper workplace sanitation. Maintain a clean environment and sanitary vegetative & flowering rooms, tools, and equipment to prevent contamination risk
- Perform general maintenance of all equipment including calibration and the detection and reporting of equipment issues

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
