About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cannabis Production Assistant to join our production team. The ideal candidate will help maintain an efficient, clean, and compliant production environment while assisting with the preparation, processing, packaging, and organization of cannabis products.
No prior cannabis industry experience is required for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cannabis harvest and processing activities.
- Sort, weigh, and prepare cannabis products as assigned.
- Package, label, and organize finished products according to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and cannabis industry regulations.
- Accurately record production quantities, batch information, and inventory.
- Clean and maintain production tools and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow company policies regarding product handling, quality control, and security.
Qualifications
- Must have or be able to attain a Montana Marijuana Workers Permit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, if required.
