Cannabis Counter is looking for detail-oriented, dependable cannabis trimmers to help us produce award-winning flower. We take pride in our quality and are looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take ownership of producing a premium final product.
Pay
$150 per pound of finished trimmed flower

Compensation is based on completed, quality-approved pounds. High-quality, efficient trimmers have the opportunity to earn competitive pay while working flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Hand trim harvested cannabis flower to Cannabis Counter quality standards.
- Preserve trichomes and flower structure while maintaining consistency.
- Remove excess leaf material without over-trimming.
- Sort flower by quality grade as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow all Montana cannabis regulations and company SOPs.
- Handle cannabis products carefully and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous cannabis trimming experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to sit and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally able to work in the Montana cannabis industry.
