Smellaz is hiring motivated, dependable individuals to join our cannabis trimming team. No previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help employees develop proper trimming techniques, improve efficiency, and maintain product quality.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and are willing to learn. This is a production-focused position where attention to detail, teamwork, and meeting performance expectations are essential.
Responsibilities
- Hand-trim cannabis flower according to company quality standards.
- Learn and apply proper trimming techniques while developing speed and accuracy.
- Meet daily production expectations while maintaining consistent quality.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed, including de-nugging, harvest take down, and sanitation.
- Properly separate and handle cannabis flower, trim, stems, and waste.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Follow company procedures and applicable OMMA regulations.
- Work together with team members to complete daily production tasks.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid OMMA employee credential as required for employment.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid state-issued identification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Training & Bonus Opportunities
No trimming experience is necessary. Employees receive hands-on training and are expected to develop their skills, improve productivity, and consistently meet quality standards.
Performance-based bonus opportunities are available for employees who meet established productivity and quality requirements.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
