Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Post-Harvest Technicians to join our team in North Bergen, NJ. We’re a craft cannabis brand with a strong focus on quality, including hand-trimmed flower.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on production, manufacturing, agricultural, or similar labor-intensive experience who take pride in consistency, efficiency, and quality. While prior cannabis trimming experience is a plus, we are open to training the right candidates with strong work ethic and proven job stability.
High performers will have a clear path to increased responsibility and wage growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform post-harvest processing including trimming, bucking, defoliating, weighing, and packaging
- Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining strict quality standards
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace (cleaning is a core part of the role)
- Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and state compliance regulations
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with additional post-harvest and production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the NJ cannabis industry
- Experience in production, manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, landscaping, or similar hands-on roles is required
- Demonstrated reliability and solid tenure in previous roles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work on your feet and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
