Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced THC Beverage Production Specialist to lead the formulation, infusion, and scaling of our cannabis beverage line. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in beverage production, cannabis infusion techniques, and GMP-compliant manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine THC beverage formulations (flavor, dose, stability)
• Operate and maintain infusion and mixing equipment
• Oversee batch production, ensuring consistent dosing and product quality
• Work with lab teams to test potency, shelf life, and compliance
• Collaborate with packaging, marketing, and regulatory teams
• Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis manufacturing laws
• Document processes and maintain production logs
Qualifications:
• 2 years experience in functional beverage production
• Deep understanding of cannabis infusions, emulsions, and dosing
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and GMP protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with nanoemulsion or water-soluble THC technology
• Background in food science or chemical engineering
