RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

We’re seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associates to provide outstanding customer service to guests in our Lee and Pittsfield locations. The available position is a full-time position at 35 to 40 hours per week, and evenings and weekends are required.

Essential job functions include:
- Checking identification and managing flow of customers into and out of the store
- Acting as a knowledgeable and helpful guide to assist customers in selecting the right products
- Fulfilling orders
- Running cash register
Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma/GED or equivalent life experience, and 1-3 years’ retail or customer service experience. Previous supervisory experience is a bonus, as is the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish. Cannabis industry experience is not required – we provide paid training!
