We’re seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service to guests in our Holyoke location. Available positions range from 35-40 hours per week and evenings and weekends are required.

Essential job functions include:
- Checking identification and managing flow of customers into and out of the store
- Acting as a knowledgeable and helpful guide to assist customers in selecting the right products
- Fulfilling orders
- Running cash register and point of sale system
- Monitor incoming pre-orders and ensure orders are received and sent to fulfillment
- Pick products for customer orders
- Take orders by telephone
- Ensure accuracy of cash drawers
- Report any issues that may be in violation of company policy or applicable laws
- Engage with customers as they wait in line to enter the store
- Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma/GED or equivalent life experience, and 1-2 years’ retail, sales or customer service experience. Previous supervisory experience is a bonus, as is the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish. Cannabis industry experience is not required – we provide paid training!
