Canna Ocho is a family-owned retail chain with 3 locations and a collection of well-established cannabis & kratom house brands.

We provide best-in-class Kratom, CBD, THC, Nicotine Vapes, Premium Cigars, and Smoke & Vape Accessories.

We are seeking a product consultant who has retail sales experience to handle all sales processes from beginning to end. You must be passionate about building relationships with your colleagues, customers and partners. You will become knowledgeable of our premium product lines both in-house and our partner brands while working effectively to maintain our policies and procedures.

As a product consultant, you will ensure that every customer leaves with the right product that meets their specific needs. You will be expected to provide the ultimate customer experience while educating our customers on our extensive product line.

Requirements:

• MUST BE 21
• Chosen candidates must be able to pass the Homeland Security's E-Verify for authorization to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Must have some cash handling experience or experience in retail sales
• Must be able to work independently, with no supervision, while also being responsible and accountable
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build productive relationships with customers, while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Have knowledge of the products we sell, as well as be able to learn quickly
• Excellent work ethic. Must be punctual, responsible, dependable and honest
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter and provide helpful information about our store, products and company
• Take customer orders from the counter and assist customers in locating merchandise based on their needs (i.e. lower strength or higher strength cannabis products)
• Restocking shelves with out-of-stock items that sell out on your shift
• Help customers place orders at the POS (point of sale) using computerized registers or cashiers (if necessary)
• Maintain cleanliness of the physical space including but not limited to display racks & cases, register area, office & storage areas, mop & sweep and dust.
• Input and update product information including but not limited to returns, damages/defects, refunds, loyalty program and report incidents & complaints.

Future Outlook:

• Assistant Manager: $20 /Hour

Schedule:

• 6-8 hour shifts
• Day & Night shifts
• Weekdays, Weekends, and Rotating Schedules Available
• Must work 1 Weekend Day per Week

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
